1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bhggo ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bhggo online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bhggo.app. These terms apply to all services offered by bhggo, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the platform from time to time.

By registering an account with bhggo, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these T&C in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use any part of the bhggo platform. bhggo reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bhggo platform, through which the Player accesses all services, manages funds, and participates in games and betting.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account by bhggo subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the bhggo website, mobile web application, and any associated software or services accessible at https://bhggo.app, through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of eligible bets a Player must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the bhggo platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal.

3. Eligibility

To register an account and use the bhggo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. bhggo does not permit minors or individuals under 21 to access its services under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at registration and at any point during account use.
• 2You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties, and syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• 3You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bhggo platform complies with the laws of your country, region, or territory of residence.
• 4You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bhggo, whether self-imposed or imposed by bhggo, at the time of registration or use. Players currently subject to a self-exclusion period must not attempt to register a new account or use an existing account.
• 5You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bhggo platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. The following rules govern account registration and management:

• 1Players may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, bhggo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any funds that cannot be attributed to legitimate play.
• 2Account credentials (username and password) are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. bhggo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that was not caused by bhggo's own negligence.
• 3bhggo may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before permitting withdrawals, at account registration, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• 4Players must be the sole authorised user of their registered payment methods. bhggo does not permit third-party deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt to use payment instruments belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• 5Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bhggo support immediately at [email protected]. bhggo will take reasonable steps to assist but accepts no liability for losses arising from delays in reporting unauthorised access.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bhggo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bhggo supports deposits and withdrawals via local Bangladesh payment methods. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. bhggo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
• 2Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process within 8–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• 3Players may be required to provide supporting documentation before a withdrawal is approved, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of deposit method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time specified may result in the withdrawal being declined.
• 4bhggo reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal for investigation purposes if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these T&C. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity may be confiscated.
• 5Chargebacks initiated by a Player against a deposit made to bhggo are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these T&C. bhggo reserves the right to close an account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of any chargeback amount through available legal means.
• 6All deposits and withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. bhggo may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Players consent to these checks by agreeing to these T&C.

bhggo offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bhggo platform. Specific rules for individual sports, bet types, and casino games are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform:

• 1All bets are accepted subject to these T&C and any applicable game-specific rules. A bet is confirmed only when bhggo's systems have recorded and accepted the bet and a confirmation has been issued to the Player. Pending bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• 2bhggo reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds caused by technical faults, human error, or data feed failures. A manifest error is an obvious and verifiable mistake. Voided bets will be refunded at the stake amount to the Player's account balance.
• 3In-play betting is offered on selected events at bhggo's sole discretion. In-play odds are subject to suspension at any time, including during the event. Any bets placed after a match-defining event (such as a wicket, penalty, or red card) but before the odds have been updated may be voided by bhggo.
• 4Cricket betting at bhggo covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series. Match result, player performance, and over/under markets are available on supported fixtures. bhggo's cricket betting rules follow standard industry practice for tie, abandonment, and result-reversal scenarios.
• 5Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game provider. bhggo does not modify the outcome of any casino game. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as published by the game provider and are not altered by bhggo.

8. Responsible Gaming

bhggo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these T&C and are enforceable obligations on both bhggo and Players:

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bhggo may suspend or permanently close a Player's account and withhold or confiscate account funds in the following circumstances, without prior notice unless notice is required by applicable law:

• 1The Player has breached any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• 2bhggo has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity. Suspected accounts may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• 3The Player has initiated a chargeback against a bhggo deposit transaction or has disputed a legitimate transaction with their payment provider in bad faith.
• 4A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bhggo support. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding wagering requirements, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bhggo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bhggo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The bhggo brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to bhggo.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bhggo platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any part of the platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of bhggo's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bhggo's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these T&C, the use of the platform, or the outcome of any game or bet, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

bhggo shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (c) service interruptions caused by events outside bhggo's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events; (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these T&C.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bhggo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference and is available at https://bhggo.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account with bhggo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bhggo uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and applies industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard Player information. Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the platform's services.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bhggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a change is material, bhggo will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated T&C on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying active Players via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bhggo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these T&C.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bhggo operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact bhggo support in the first instance at [email protected] so that bhggo may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bhggo will respond to formal dispute notifications within 14 business days of receipt.
